About
Photography has always been about more than freezing time for me. As a fine art boutique photographer, I see every moment as a masterpiece and an opportunity to tell a story through custom heirloom artwork for the home. More than anything, I believe in the power of capturing moments to strengthen the bonds between families and help us grow to love ourselves.
After my mom unexpectedly passed away in 2017, we soon realized we had almost no photos of her. Any digital files we once had of her had long since been lost on broken phones or accidentally deleted. The only real photos we had of her were low-quality 4x6 prints from the film days when I was very young, and she wasn't even in many of them because she was always the one taking the pictures. Even worse, those photos were almost completely ruined from age and lack of preservation. It was heartbreaking.
Thankfully, one day a while later we were clearing out the attic and found a large framed portrait of her on her wedding day. That portrait stopped me in my tracks. It has become my most treasured family heirloom, and there is nothing on heaven or earth that could part me with it.
After starting my business, I committed myself to giving my clients that same gift of family heirlooms. I know firsthand just how important these memories become down the line and what it means to have them truly preserved. I help families immortalize the love and closeness they have for each other in my work, and together we create one-of-a-kind, cherished pieces of artwork for their homes that will last for generations to come.
From the very first phone call all the way until the finished artwork is installed, I work hand-in-hand with my clients to craft a joyful experience like no other. I adore working with children and families, and I want your photo shoot to be as memorable an experience as the photos that come out of it. We'll work together to bring your vision to life and create beautiful pieces that will bring tears to your eyes. Nothing gives me greater joy than seeing my clients' faces when they see their custom artwork for the first time.
I would love nothing more than to help you create a shining example of love for your family that will last a lifetime. Is there anything more important?
